7am - 8:15am: Registration Open - Allen Lambert Galleria, Brookfield Place (Bay & Front Street)
8:15am: Opening Ceremony
8:45am: The Expedition Begins!
11:45am - 2:00pm: Summit Celebration at Canoe Restaurant, with closing ceremony at 1 pm
Note: TTC Subway does not run until 9am on Sundays

Summit Celebration Lunch
Join us for this casual luncheon upon completion of your seven ascents following the climb at Canoe Restaurant on the 54th floor of TD Bank Tower.

Event day check-in and pledge drop-off
Upon arrival at the main basecamp climbers are asked to check in with the registration table. Any offline pledges (cash or cheques) can be turned in at this time. All climbers will be required to sign waivers before climbing. Read the waiver in advance here.

Bag Check
Bag check will be available at the main base camp at Brookfield Place. For safety reasons participants are not permitted to carry any items up the stairway.

Aid Stations
Climber aid stations will be available at the base and summit of each tower, where water, sports drinks, fresh towels and snacks will be offered throughout the day.

Climber Support
Throughout the expedition, volunteers will be on-hand to guide climbers between towers, provide snacks and fluids, or answer any questions you may have. Just look for their Heart and Stroke Foundation T-shirts.
